Summerland · Southern California

You built the business. We take it to new heights.

We acquire established, owner-operated service companies and carry them forward with the same care that built them.

01 · For owners

You built something that lasts. Selling it should feel the same.

We are operators, not a fund. We buy one business at a time, run it ourselves, and invest in the people who made it what it is.

i.

Your team stays

The crew, the managers, and the culture you built stay in place, with room to grow.

ii.

Your name stays

Customers trust the brand you earned. It stays on the trucks, the invoices, and the door.

Your timeline

Step away quickly or stay on as long as you like. The handoff is built around you.

04 · About

The long miles are behind you. We take on the climb.

Summerland takes its name from a high mountain camp, the last stop before the top of one of the hardest trails in the West. By the time you reach it, most of the distance is done. What is left is the climb. That is how we see the businesses we buy: the owner has already put in the long miles, and we are here to carry it higher.

We have walked that trail ourselves, start to finish, and we bring the same approach to every deal: show up prepared, do what we say, and finish what we start. Between us, we have spent more than 30 years acquiring, underwriting, and operating real estate and real estate related businesses, across both commercial and residential.
